Tall? Fagettaboutit!

This post serves two ends: 1) to show that Margo is tall, and 2) to show how large a cloth diaper can be.

Margo IS tall for her age, but not off the charts tall. And more imporatantly, she's proportional. So, I guess I should say that she's tall-ish. And her head is large-ish. She is, however, proportionally thinner, and though she's perfectly in a healthy weight zone, we do have to put rocks in her pockets on windy days.

In doesn't really feel like that, though; Margo's at a size now that we're both shifting her from arm to arm because she tires us out. And though parenthood has allowed the rest of my body to go to pot, carrying her for any amount of time throughout the day means that I can crack walnuts by flexing my biceps.

Cloth diapers, on the other hand, are bulkier than disposables, and could lead one to believe that Margo is heavier than she actually is. We do use disposables every so often, and clothes that just barely fits when she's wearing cloth seems almost baggy when she's disposables.

So, she's tall, lean, strong, and all environmental and stuff. Perfect candidate for the David Suzuki All-Star Basketball Team. They play the Greenpeace Go-bots and the Sierra Club Screaming Eagles every so often.
