Belly Shot

Since I know some of you are wondering what I'm looking like these days, here is a photo, taken just last evening. Non-edited for your viewing pleasure.

I'm feeling pretty good these days. 28 weeks along now, and I can't believe how fast the time has gone. Things do speed up when you have a child around. I'm sleeping better as the nights have remained cool - that may end this evening with temps expected to be up around 30-32 with very high humidity - ah, the Ottawa sauna effect. My allergies have calmed way down which has allowed me to resum my walks to work (just one way, but that gets me going for a half hour or so). I'm starting a pre-natal yoga class on Tuesday night that I'm really looking forward to. I hadn't been able to find one that worked well with my schedule and I discovered there's one going on in our neighbourhood with rolling registration.

Margo doesn’t really 'get' that there's a baby in Mama's 'bédaine' but she is quite a little nurturer if the way she treats Minou is anything to go with, so we're hoping big-sisterhood will come naturally. TGIF, everyone. Enjoy your weekend.

- Donna
