Say "hello" to the new hair-do, and "goodbye" to our baby



We've realised in the last few weeks that Margo probably has enough hair to attempt pigtails. After searching for small ouchless elastics for her tender hair, we tried the new hairstyle for the first time this past weekend while out for brunch. Margo went from cute baby to pretty little girl in a heartbeat. We've worn them on her a few more times since then, and I think she KNOWS she's cute. I showed her what she looked like in the mirror this morning, and after she coyly flapped her eyelashes at herself, smiled, and hid her face in my chest while peeking out at her reflection, I put her down.

This is what she did next. Look at this girl stretching up for the mirror. Have we created a beauty queen, a prima donna? Maybe just a girlie girl. Uh oh. And she's wearing pink. Papa's gonna be pissed. . . .
