It's So Hard to Find a Good Hairdresser
I'm a simple man. Simple problems are solved with simple solutions.
Hungry? Eat.
Itchy? Scratch.
Ridiculously long bangs? Haircut.

Baby's first hair cut. For those who can't remember, Margo was born with a full shock of dark hair. Over the months, some fell out, and the back and sides seem to have been kept in check by her rubbing her head on her mattress as she sleeps, or something like that. This means that Margo was effectively giving herself something of a faux-hawk hairdo. Okay, hippie... cut your hair and get a job.
Bathtime came -- the perfect time for a haircut. I was so nervous that I might cut her (Donna and I were later informed of the proper technique of curling hair around a finger and cutting the curl - thanks Lisa... thanks for being about 2 days too late!) that I made one cut, got nervous, and left it as is.
Yeah, it's a little crooked, but shorter. The crookedness is barely noticeable. And besides, the layered look is a good thing, right? Almost like I was aiming to do it that way, n'est-ce pas?
Let's look again, under the microscope.

[edited to add: With her new chop job, I can't help but think that Margo now looks a little like a Delmar (middle) from O Brother Where Art Thou. The hair resemblance is uncanny.
- Donna]
It'll grow out. In the meantime, there are fixes, like Suri Cruise-style wigs, or accessories to distract and feminize, though maybe the hair clip and the Hollywood cerise sleeper might be overkill on the whole princess motif.

The bow - very clever! Now you can see more of her sweet little face.

I think that it is a good hair cut.
I would have been nervous also, but it turns out that it looks really good. It doesn't look chopped."Whacht you talking about"
I really love the one with the hair clip. I think that you should use this for her seventh month picture, and put it up on your wall with the other pictues.
